Welcome! I’m thrilled to share my journey and how it has uniquely prepared me to serve you as a Legal Nurse Consultant.
I began my career as a receptionist in a law firm, but my passion for the legal field quickly propelled me into a legal assistant position. It was there that I discovered my love for litigation. Motivated by this newfound passion, I pursued a paralegal degree and embarked on a 20-year journey as a paralegal, gaining valuable experience in both plaintiff and defense firms. I even had the opportunity to work in-house for Dow Chemical’s Litigation department, where I thrived on the challenge of preparing cases for trial.
Driven by a desire to deepen my expertise, I decided to return to school and obtain my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). My ultimate goal was to combine my legal and medical knowledge to become a Legal Nurse Consultant. Over the years, I have worked in various areas of nursing, including Progressive Care Units (PCU), clinical research, medical-surgical units, insurance, and endoscopy. Concurrently, I maintained a per diem role as a contract nurse paralegal, seamlessly integrating my dual expertise.
Now, I am at a pivotal point in my career, ready to fully dedicate myself to my Legal Nurse Consultant business. To further enhance my capabilities, I recently earned certifications as a Nurse Life Care Planner and Medical Cost Projectionist. These qualifications, combined with my extensive background in both law and medicine, enable me to offer a comprehensive and invaluable service to my clients.
As both a Registered Nurse (RN) and a paralegal, I bring a unique and vast knowledge base to the table. My mission is to leverage this expertise to assist my clients in navigating the complex intersections of healthcare and legal matters with confidence and clarity.
Thank you for visiting my website. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and provide exceptional support in your legal and medical endeavors.
