As a LNC I can attend a client’s DME and provide the client with a level of comfort.  I will be the attorney's eyes and ears while allowing the attorney to attend to other matters, creating ultimate efficiency for each case.  You will receive concise, detailed, well edited report.  In addition, I will be prepared to testify about discrepancies between what occurred in the exam versus what the physician claimed occurred and help you make your case.

Screen the medical records for the merits of the case.  Preparing medical summaries and chronologies, along with timelines.  Identifying any issues at hand. In addition, cross-referencing medical records with medical bills to ensure accuracy.

· Prepare deposition and trial questions.

·  Review, analyze and summarize depositions, including past testimony.

·  Assist in exhibit preparation.

·  Attend depositions, trials, review panels and arbitration and mediation hearings.

·  Coordinate and assist in facilitating focus groups and mock trials.

·  Assist in resolution of cases through alternative dispute resolution, such as arbitration and mediation.
